- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco

Marinate the Meat: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, lime juice, and soy sauce. Add the beef slices and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Warm the Tortillas: Heat tortillas on a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side until they are soft and slightly charred.
Assemble the Tacos: Place a portion of beef on each tortilla. Top with onions, cilantro, queso fresco, and avocado slices.
Serve: Garnish with lime wedges and serve with salsa on the side
